In order to dispense prescription medication during camp, we must have Section 2 (found on page 4) of the Girl Scouts of Western Washington Girl Permissions and Health History Form on file. If we do not have this form on file, your camper is welcome to attend camp, but we will not be able to hold onto or dispense their medications.
Bring "Section 2: Prescription Medication Form" and the medications in their original bottles to the Health Supervisor on the first day of camp. This means you'll have to park your car before the bridge and walk over.
Note: You will have to fill out Section 1 to complete registration, but we request that an additional copy of section 2 be attached to the actual medication being turned in on the first day.
We understand that you may need to make changes to you emergency contacts and/or who your camper may be released to. We will not monitor our inbox during camp hours.
If you need to make a change the day of, it is required to notify us in writing via text message. our contact number will be updated and placed here closer to camp.
This is a 5 gallon paint bucket with a lid and handle adapted to be your carry all for camp. It will hold everything you need to bring to camp everyday, as well as becoming a perfect place to sit all week.
Show your unique style and decorate your bucket! Many campers use clear contact paper to help adhere drawings, artwork, and names making it weather proof. Others visit the dollar store and purchase wall decals, stickers, and letters to stick on. You can even make a cushion for the lid for added comfort.
