Bring your camper's prescription medications in their original bottles to the Health Supervisor at the director tent on the first day of camp. This means you'll have to park your car before the bridge and walk over.
We will place your scouts medication and any additional information into a labeled Ziploc bag with you and we will be kept all week with the health supervisor. Medication will remain in the health supervisor's possession at the first aid tent all week and not be left at camp after hours. If you camper needs to bring the medication home every day, you are required to park and sign the medication out with the health supervisor each day. Please arrange this prior to camp with the director: tinker@soundviewdaycamp.org
We understand that you may need to make changes to your emergency contacts and/or who your camper may be released to. Please refer to your registration form as soon as possible to edit and make those changes. We will have a special online form to fill out closer to camp. A link will be posted here and on the main page for last minute changes once registration has closed. We will NOT and cannot monitor our inbox during camp hours.
If you need to make a change the day of, it is required to notify us in writing via text message. The emergency contact number will be (206) 395-6040 (Trooper).
Changes are not permitted/accepted until Trooper replies back to you that your message has been received and recorded.
This is a 5 gallon paint bucket with a lid and handle adapted to be your carry all for camp. It will hold everything you need to bring to camp everyday, as well as becoming a perfect place to sit all week.
Show your unique style and decorate your bucket! Many campers use clear contact paper to help adhere drawings, artwork, and names making it weather proof. Others visit the dollar store and purchase wall decals, stickers, and letters to stick on. You can even make a cushion for the lid for added comfort.
